Our pricing starts at $70 + GST per hour for bookkeeping services. We will work with you to determine an appropriate amount of hours required to support your business with certainty. Our goal is to achieve fixed-price services with you as early as possible in our working relationship so that you are sure of your cash flow going forward while we do the heavy lifting.

Monthly Support Packages for Peace of Mind - Fixed Price Quotes

Most clients prefer to work with us on a Fixed Price monthly retainer. We can offer direct debit recurring billing for your convenience. Our minimum monthly fee starts at $200 + GST which covers assistance with coding your transactions, monthly bank reconciliation and assistance with payroll finalisation at month end. We call that providing you with peace of mind.

Sometimes all you need is a pointer in the right direction. Schedule a training session with our team members to optimise your file, learn a new skill or benefit from our years of best practice experience. We can help you configure your file properly, teach you how to use it, and provide an on-going support package.

There may be an initial on-boarding cost if you are a first time customer with no systems in place. We see this as an investment in your business, and we will help implement systems and processes that will make your business stronger, smarter and more efficient.


For Software migrations and changing accounting packages, we usually find that a transition will cost a business $500 - $1,000 + GST


For Payroll Services, we will load your employees into suitable software with a similar onboarding process and cost as described above (per employee).
We then charged a fixed amount per employee per payrun, enabling your payroll cost to scale up and down with your business as necessary. You will never overpay for the services provided. This will be incorporated into your monthly retainer.

We invoice fortnightly, with 7 day payment terms. We reserve the right to withhold services if our invoices fall substantially overdue. We will work with you if non payment is due to difficultly in business circumstances i.e cash flow.

All of our staff have years of experience working in industry and have qualifications in support. 1Will I still need an accountant?
Yes. We will work with your accountant and provide them with the information they need to give tax advice and handle your compliance. Your accounting fees might even decrease now that your books are in order and are ready for your accountant to use.
2Can you help if I have fallen behind on my bookkeeping?
We understand that business owners are busy and that bookkeeping is often left to build up for months and even years. We have an affordable rescue service to get you up to date if you have fallen behind.
3Is there a minimum contract?
There is no minimum contract with our service. You can leave at any time. Our clients choose to stay with us because we’re friendly, responsive and reliable.
