Keep My Books is looking for someone to join our growing team. Are you:

From day one you will work directly with clients to handle queries, suggest improvements, health check cloud accounting files, process payroll, transition business into the cloud and get the files structured soundly to produce accurate real-time financial reports.

You will join the existing team of inspired hard working bookkeepers, along with the support and guidance from a team of accountants at LMS Advisory with many years of combined experience in servicing clients and improving their business intelligence.

Minimum requirements to apply:

  • Minimum 4 years full time experience as a bookkeeper
  • Technical knowledge of financial statements, reporting and compliance matters (GST, Single Touch Payroll, superannuation, etc)
  • Qualified as a Xero Certified advisor and/or MYOB Certified Consultant
  • Able to work independently and autonomously in both an office and remote work/WFM environment
  • Strong time management, project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken (expect many Zoom calls in your new role)
  • Experience in payroll processing in a variety of different payroll platforms Bonus points if you have experience in a number of apps in the Xero/MYOB ecosystem commonly used by our clients in the Real Estate, Building and Construction and Professional Services industries.
